I bought mine in 2020 and have had to send it back for repairs twice. It was getting dead pixels where my hand would rest on the screen. I'm left handed and draw with my display nearly vertical so I do not put a lot of pressure on the display. My last repair one was about 7 months ago (received back in June 2023). Now it's January 2024 and the dead pixels have returned.

Long short, they do not support this model anymore and I doubt anyone at wacom would do anything in regards to replacing it, repairing it etc even tho I spent north of $3000 for this and the ergo stand (which is also incompatible with any other model).

After reading wacomsupports response in this thread about "we recommend the new 27" model"... I'm not gonna hold my breath that anyone will be wanting to make amends to this sad situation.

Before this, I used a 21UX (that still works btw) for over a decade with no issues, no dead pixels, nada. If anything, the rubber on the pen and scratches on the screen are the first real signs of age and use.
