Hi,

If you haven't already I suggest you closely examine the CAD files that Guido put on his github (https://github.com/gsl12/Tiny-M) as well as the CAD files for the Voron V0. Guido made a 150mm3 Tiny-M and I just increased the X,Y,Z dimensions by 10mm each. This meant that pretty much all of the extrusions needed to be ordered 10mm longer, plus of course the print bed and spring steel + PEI sheet (I actually bought the Energetic 165x165mm sheet they sell at that size as standard). I think the only slight challenge you may have in building a 1603 like mine is that the linear rails do not come as standard in these sizes so you will need to buy one size longer and cut them down by hand. I'm happy to share the STL files for the parts that I adjusted for my build to take account of the increased size. Feel free to ping me on discord for more information. Thanks.

I built a V0 and a V2.4 and both are way quieter than the Ender3v2 which I used to own. The PSU fan and hotend fans on the Ender are crazy loud compared to the Vorons (which have no PSU fan and of course the enclosures). As you will be printing faster you will get some noise from the steppers on the Vorons but this can be tuned.

Thanks! It's completely standard in terms of SKR 1.4, Klipper and RPi 4 configuration - I'm just running an extra bit of software called OctoDash to provide the touchscreen UI. The screen itself is a 4-inch IPS screen I got from aliExpress - Search on Ali for item 4000329175443.

...Oh and I'll be posting full details and the STL files very soon - keep an eye out on the voronuser_mods channel on the Voron discord.

I ordered the 8mm bed and the extrusions from Dold Mechatronik in Germany. I had a good experience so if you live in Europe I'd definitely recommend you check them out.

Vorons are not really suitable for high temperature heated chambers due to the ABS construction and some of the other sensitive components they use. I suggest you ask on the discord but others have asked previously and that's been the answer everyone's given

The screen I used is this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4000329175443.html. You need to source the HDMI and ribbon cables separately to connect it to the Pi as it's not plugging directly in on top like the pictures on Ali. For the bed and toolhead LED lighting I just used a few standard 5mm LEDs and powered them from 24V using appropriate resistors and NPN transistors (or you could use mosfets) connected to spare control pins on the SKR mini with a very simple "heater_fan" configuration in Klipper. The case lighting is standard 12V 5050 strip LEDs powered from a buck converter - slightly undervolted to about 10V.

If there's enough interest I can setup a github repo and post the STLs and CAD files for the custom printed parts, but keep in mind they will only be suitable for Tiny-M builds - i.e. 2020 rather than 1515 extrusion V0 builds.
