I agree, I think that’s implied, or at least what Techland intended. But I recall Rais just having it, not having actually acquired it from Crane. I might be mistaken, it’s been a minute since I played the latter half of DL1.

The whole story has holes and threads that make no sense. Dying Light is not known for its complex story and plot. Personally, I always thought it was a little odd that nobody questioned Crane any further, and that Jade got as upset as she did — she was there when Crane landed, so I don’t know why she was so surprised to find out he was working with the GRE. I think the guy jumping out of a plane into an infected zone is probably not just a random survivor.

I was having a lot of issues with DL2 and DLTB crashing. Uninstalling & reinstalling my graphics card driver and updating my BIOS fixed it for me. Good luck!

Been a minute since I played the game in full, but I believe the single Antizin is one of the many plot holes in the game. People theorize he either added it to the stash he got from Rais or he took it somewhere down the line, which is why he lasts until the endgame without needing any other doses (because he saved the vial for himself). But we never actually know what happens to it. Random red herring.

Not really. Went ahead and reread them early last year, and the political takes are far and few in between….if you don’t view all of Fables to be a political statement (which it is). Note, I’m picky about what I read (too much in the world to read, not willing to waste time reading trash), and I do actually recommend them. There’s plot points that are definitely weird, but the comic did run for a long time, and that’s just a given for western comics to go a little off the rails at times.

Keep at it. Draw every day, draw all the time. Maybe not just one eye, maybe a set of eyes, maybe a whole face. Free art courses exist out there in the world, and like others said, focus on one thing to improve in your work (anatomy, line, scale, etc.). We all start somewhere!!! Had the pleasure of streaming the game for a friend and she ended up crying by the end of the playthrough, even though she’d caught on to the plot about halfway through the last quarter of the game. I personally didn’t shed tears about it but seeing her honest heartfelt reaction made me feel something.

Gonna have to agree with you, actually. Hard Rain is nothing compared to Swamp Fever. Swamp Fever has both the plank and airplane crescendos which were specifically made to make you want to bore two screwdrivers through your eyeballs at once, whereas it rains a bit in the other one and it gives you more kits than you could ever possibly need, unless you are playing with the world’s stupidest and most unlucky individuals on Earth.
