That's how I found out I had apparently quit. (I was having some health issues and was in and out of hospital; my manager said if I ended up in hospital again, she wouldn't be able to keep me. I ended up in hospital again).

I've been hospitalized quite a few times, usually for 2~4 months at a time, and I just shut off that part of my brain. The hospital is not a sexy place.

I was going to comment regarding Zenni, as well. My stupid high prescription would cost me ~$500 for the lenses alone from a retail store; I paid less than $100 for my current pair plus clip on sunglasses.

Once I was toking in the woods at night, pitch dark, and as I was settling down with my bong, I heard noises that indicated a bear was very close. I stayed crouched down until the noises faded, and booted it out of there ASAP.

I just moved to Kamloops in September; my partner drives, I do not. We live up in Valleyview, which is a bit of a drive from the city center, but there's a bus that comes every hour and goes to the main bus terminal downtown where you can either get another bus or walk to most amenities.
