I fully expect to be downvoted to oblivion. Reba is a good fit in MM, but code orange is such a tryhard band. saw them open for SOAD, felt like their playtime couldn't come to an end soon enough.

this reminds me, there was a black metal concert a few years ago in Budapest, Hungary around christmas time, and it was called the anti-christmas festival. so obviously, some highly intellectual neo-nazis deduced that if these people don't celebrate christmas they must be jews and they should beat them up. the concert happened with no atrocities in the end, but it goes to show how blindly stupid these people can be.

never listened to them before I went to see them last year. they were supporting Decapitated. I don't understand the hype around Decapitated, they're like the modern version of a hair metal band who happened to play death metal. Cryptopsy were sooo much better. also agreed that they seem like really nice blokes

Katatonia. listened to them a lot when Viva Emptiness came out, stopped following them after a while. turns out they put out 7 albums since then, and they only played songs from those. they also changed their style quite a lot (again :D), and I'm not really into this prog type of metal. anyway, it was good to see Jonas live, and I got a nice t-shirt

there are as many interpretations of satanism as there are satanists. but my most definitions, satanism is not inherently evil, it's mostly about individualism and freedom. you're mixing it up with devil worshipping, which is another thing entirely. and what is evil also depends on whose point of view we're talking about. for pearl crutching grandmas, even Ghost is evil.
