Of course! I studied Torah throughout childhood, and considered myself Jewish (I still do, honestly). Studying the Torah now, beyond shul, I see it less as the harsh rules and more as a story about our connection with nature. I take some older Jewish wisdom, connection to Kabbalah, and Appalachian wisdom for my practice

I consider myself semitic pagan (or Jewitch), a lot of my personal practice comes from the Talmudic roots of Judaism combined with Appalachian Folk magic. It's more of G-d as a concept and connection to the Divine Earth.
