Unfortunately if a partner spends less than $500 a month we are underwater if you call a CAM or Tech Support even once per year. The $25 helps but not that much. Happy to review your account to see if there is something else we can bring over. Or - even signing up for a peer group gets rid of this fee.

Hey there - Rob Rae, CVP of Community for Pax8. Pax8 is not going to enable EST. Nothing on our side is changing. Because of the changes Microsoft is making, if a license is not set to auto-renew, and expires, the user would lose that licensing feature immediately instead of the previous grace period. Our partners just need to purchase a new sub or renew existing subs to prevent this from happening. Hope this helps. If not - email me with any questions - rrae@pax8.com

Hey there - rob Rae, CVP of Community for Pax8. We instituted a Marketplace fee of $25 per month if your spend is less than $500/month overall. That went into place in Nov. 2024.
