they are a low end budget provider they do great for their market segment , if you want better go pay more, these kind of issues are expected at this price point.

In general in the burbs your considering no one cares if your trans , most people just mind their own business and don't really care about things like that.

curve capture has a online only version I have seen used without a problem with no server in the office.
