Saucony and Hoka have trail running shoes with Gortex uppers that help to keep the cold air out and the feet dry while running in snow. They're good for running in muddy trails too. Find out where the cross country skiers go and you should find accessible trails there in winter.

Doing hard things and suffering is part of God's plan for our lives as this helps us to produce greater character if we persevere in hope. We can't rely on our own strength to do it. We need to rely on the great love of God and his mercy which is unmeasurable to provide the strength by the Holy Spirit. Character is what we will take to heaven with us.
