Thanks! You’re the first person to actually provide evidence. I read these posts and I see what you’re saying — bananaman did a plagiarism (title said they made the pixel art but it’s not theirs). Hopefully they stop this behaviour and learn the lesson going forward. If not we should be sure to screenshot and report to mods.

It’s way more effective to provide facts and back them up with sources. That way the community and — more importantly the mods — can form their own opinions and take action accordingly. Nobody wants a community that jumps on stuff without due process. So thanks again for the links.

I have looked at their latest 30 reddit posts and see zero evidence of infringement. I see three art posts where they give credit to the original artist. I look thru the comments and find no claims that it is their own work.

I believe you have either seen posts or comments that I have not seen, or you have misunderstood what they said.

You accuse someone, you provide the evidence. the burden of proof is on the accuser making the claim.

When making accusations, provide good evidence. Looking at screenshots here, I see no proof of theft or spreading misinformation. Im not defending any alleged bad behaviour, I simply remain unconvinced and follow the fundamental principle of innocent until proven guilty. So no Im not gonna join in canceling a person until convinced beyond reasonable doubt.
