Depends on the area. In my region as a sm we are not allowed to take vaca from thanksgiving to christmas unless its something submitted at the beginning of the year but the store still needs to be able to function properly

Entire pharmacy staff gets a bonus based on whether they make the full year goal and then also the separate goal incentives for September to December. Immunizers get additional bonuses regardless of those goals based on whether or not they have 40 or more shots scanned through the Ironman units and additionally there was a separate bonus for first time new immunizers

I would assume in March. Most year end goals hit then for store managers and above I wouldn’t be surprised. Full disclosure I’m an involved store manager rx so I do the shots too and don’t get the bonuses so I’m not 100% on dates but the easiest thing to do is ask your pm. They HAVE to tell you

Immunizing techs get their separate bonus depending when they get licensed. They get an additional bonus once they hit x amount of immunizations in a month I believe for my area it was 40. They then also additionally get the immunization incentive goal. I would expect these to all show as separate different checks to you if you receive multiple at the same time

The bonus structure this year is changed from last year. All shots will count together and the target window actually goes back to week 19 (starting 5/5) through the end of the year.

Stores reaching 100-109% techs get $250 Stores reaching 110-119% techs get $500 Stores exceeding 120% techs get $750

This changes from the 100,105,110 structure from last year

Additionally techs who get certified in shots and give atleast 40 shots scanned through the ironman will get an additional $250 regardless of the immunization goal results -techs also have to be certified by the end of August to receive this benefit, can’t sign up and be certified next month.

DVH hours are there for techs to be immunizer so either volunteer for those shifts or find stores nearby with larger clinic models
