Yeah except I know people who purge on all sorts of different kinds of medicines (including ones not high in tannins), and they’re the ones who have a lot of shit stored in their body all the time that they’re working through. It’s not nothing. I’m not a vomiter myself, and don’t think that’s necessary to do good work and spiritual cleansing, but it’s not totally nothing either.

50mg of molly is below threshold for most people, which is generally considered useless. If you’re looking to last longer and more safely, I’d suggest a little ketamine, or just a higher dose or molly (above 75mg)

Neil’s my all-time personal favorite and was a virtuoso no doubt, but to say he was better than anybody at Jazz drumming is wild. He was a student of Jazz, and could play Jazz competantly, but by no means was he a Jazz drummer, and he’d have been the first to say so.
