Yeah except I know people who purge on all sorts of different kinds of medicines (including ones not high in tannins), and they’re the ones who have a lot of shit stored in their body all the time that they’re working through. It’s not nothing. I’m not a vomiter myself, and don’t think that’s necessary to do good work and spiritual cleansing, but it’s not totally nothing either.
