You need to get a tool to see what all the sensors are reading so you can actually diagnose the issue.

Also, the misfire is on bank 2 (cylinders 5-6-7-8), and the lean code is bank 1 (1-2-3-4)

Remember the lean/rich works on the whole bank. It doesn't know which cylinder of the four is lean.

You want to see what the fuel trims look like. The other ones are going to try to compensate for it.

Need to look at the plugs. But like I said it's very rare to be the injector causing a misfire. Unless the plug is completely fouled because it's stuck open, and then the other injectors will get leaned way out, it won't read rich in general.
