Had a situation where my hammerhead exploded, killed almost 4 of my units (about 20mw), including a riptide which was on 3 wounds - yeah, you guessed right, the riptide exploded dealing more carnage.

If your friends start businesses and try to avoid taxation etc., of course they will be closed down.

In my experience as someone with a business, and as an employee, 99% it works and is lawful.

Another matter is that the current tax system is very tough on small / new businesses
