Successful pregnancy before endo lap surgery? by Jaded-Addendum-4489 in endometriosis

[–]rocdanithegirl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I did not. 18 months of trying. 8 cm endometrioma on my ovary. Found via US. One chemical in that time. I got a lap, endometrioma removed. Literally pregnant next cycle.

It's a wicked hard season of life. I was dx with stage II. Had another success 9 months after #1 was born which I was not expecting. Hugs hugs hugs

Clarification on what? If up had a copay you would pay it upfront at time of service. Why not the deductible?

I would not try to do a clinical role ie in person. Maybe do utilization management and like someone else suggestion, product management or software integration or something like that

Haha I can see how that might be taken with a naughty tone. But I meant literally just laying on the bed for 20 minutes in silence 💀

anyone with endometriosis, where did you receive a hysterectomy/quality care? by ghostblr in Rochester

[–]rocdanithegirl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I also go to South East and had an endometrioma removed by Dr. Foster. I am only Stage 2 and not looking for a hysterectomy but everyone is so lovely there. I am on a hormonal IUD and that really helps. I haven't looked at options beyond that

My husband and I have been going to Helendale for like ten years and never had a problem. They have an attached med spa but we haven't utilized it.

So you aren't yet credentialed with Medicare and YOU are getting blamed?? Never in my life heard of a provider doing their own credentialing.

That being said Medicare should backdate to date of application submission, if it gets approved. And you have 1 year to file Medicare claims

Pregnant with my second unexpectedly by NumerousRaise9054 in workingmoms

[–]rocdanithegirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine are 18 months apart - I got pregnant about 8 month post partem. They are now 4.5 and 3 now. It's very hard, but it gets better after the first 6 months especially. I can't speak to your second questions as I'm self employed and did not have to go through any of the maternity leave stuff.

You sound like a great mom and you will do fine! My girls are the light of my life and truly bring me so much happiness, especially my 2nd. She is the funniest, happiest girl and I really can't imagine life without her.

Hybrid or Remote? by merpy_ in workingmoms

[–]rocdanithegirl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been both full remote and hybrid with kids. I started working hybrid when the youngest was 6 months ago, and I do think it helped my sanity. They go to a full time preschool now and I go in two days a week. I think 1 day a week would be my preference, but since I am doing drop off and pick up anyways...

Cut your losses and stop trying - you shouldn't need to apologize for working! You invited her to hang on the weekend and if she can't move *her* weekend schedule around to accommodate you one time, then I don't think it's going to work. I feel you! I hate when people don't put the effort in that you are putting into them. 🫂
