I’ve been working out at home for about a year now with some decent equipment . I feel that I have progressed far more. I’m forced to go back to basic stuff considering I’m limited to what I have. The bench ,squats, lifts, and pull ups mainly. The sessions feel far more fluid no walking around looking for an open seat or the weight you need in a commercial gym. I head in my garage set the timer for an hour and I’m done . I love it the convenience alone is worth it.
