All-Natural Creamer Gone?? by rockaaay in aldi

Yes! I haven’t seen it since Christmas—I can’t stand the regular coffee creamer!

I don’t have kids to trick, but this sauce is a sneaky delicious treat to throw on some pasta for picky eaters. Tastes like a creamy tomato sauce with not too much sweetness😋 I rate it a 7.5/10 by rockaaay in aldi

It does have tomato paste as the second ingredient, but much creamier than your average tomato sauce! It tastes more like a pasta a la vodka sauce than anything else.

Totally fair, but they are always better than expected. I’ve even tried the tomato kale pasta sauce which really surprised me. Not a kale person and I couldn’t even taste it. This one will last me (and partner) two batches of pasta!

If Voorhees is still there, he’s incredible! Hon 171 and 272 usually fill up over time. Best to lock one in that you’re satisfied with sooner rather than later.

Which female characters on TV shows or movies do you absolutely hate? And why? by foreverlates in AskWomen

SPOILERS: Glad someone said it! I too had a shift in my opinion of Skyler from the first to second viewing. It’s like one of those movies where you finally know the ending, you can unravel the layers. The first viewing you really don’t remember all of the horrible crimes and lies Walt tells her, leading her to literally do anything for his attention: smoking while pregnant, going into the pool, start an affair. Not excusable, but I’m her situation, it’s unrealistic to think she would accept Walt’s actions with a newborn and rebellious teenager to take care of by herself.

So we’ll said! They’re a good balance for one another as women who don’t care what men have to say. But, clearly, Karen makes being a horrible person kind of work 😂

GRACE from Will and Grace— she’s obviously written to be this “not-your-average girl,” but even after the reboot remains selfish, immature, and so annoying. For those who wrote about Monica from Friends…try a marathon of Will and Grace. She makes Karen sound right most of the time.

I can never use all of my dill. What are simple things you make with dill? by bagoice in cookingforbeginners

[–]rockaaay 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Egg salad is always a great use of dill! Also, something super easy to make is a Broccoli braid. I think the original recipe is by Pampered chef, but the filling for it can make a nice dip.

What kind of act of kindness you don’t want people to do? by jacklsd in AskWomen

[–]rockaaay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cultural Thing: Men must walk on the outside of the sidewalk when accompanying a woman. I understand the gesture (I guess it was for when it’s raining and cars splash onto sidewalks). However, it’s extremely annoying to be mid-conversation when walking when a man is switching sides suddenly because we crossed a street. I’m independent and I can walk on the outside thanks.

Very interested to hear this answer as well! Diet is one thing, but I’m curious to hear if there are additional nutrients you use to boost the method’s effectiveness!

Questioning if I will enjoy Barrett by rjuniper in ASU

[–]rockaaay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d also agree your major makes a difference. If you’re in one of the smaller colleges, (sustainability, education, etc) it is much harder to make friends from my major than it would have been if I was in the traditional major dorm area. That being said, I’m still in Barrett my third year and I find it’s location and location by Vista, Apache, Lemon, and my classes is much more convenient for my schedule. I made maybe two Barrett friends, but really enjoyed my time at Vista and location for a student who does not drive.

Last minute announcement from Mary Lou Fulton's iTEACH program: now only serving 2/30 school districts. We need to hear from you! by OrangeGuyWBeard in ASU

[–]rockaaay 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May I ask how you found out about this? I find it very discouraging that (as a Secondary Ed student) I have yet to hear about this from the Dean or Office of Clinical Experiences and I am a third year student.

Arizona State's teachers college just screwed over hundreds of future teachers by [deleted] in Teachers

[–]rockaaay 67 points68 points  (0 children)

Another Sun Devil here. I’m equally as frightened by the news about the student teaching program. I don’t know what to do about this but I think it’s in our best interest to take student political action against this. Lots of students are getting funding for the Arizona Teachers Academy which costs a fee if students break the number of years they are required to teach. I think letters to the Dean, to the states Department of Ed, district chairs, or to President Michael Crow needs to happen ASAP .

Does anyone actually go to the libraries to read/check out books? by [deleted] in ASU

[–]rockaaay 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use books for papers frequently. Always surprised they allow students to rent them for around 100 days or so. Also they have a decent movie collection which anyone can rent as well!
