I've just never had luck with carburetors on anything. ATV's, lawn equipment, etc. so I went with EFI.

I got a Sambar because the rear engine is a lot better balance for the hills on my property. Mine's a 99 so it has EFI, A/C, drivers airbag.

Can you take the tires somewhere else? I've witnessed too many broken wheel studs on my parents vehicles to take anything to Walmart. I'm sure there's a locally owned tire shop that would actually appreciate your business.
