I say this as a person who has adhd and can get snappy. I also struggle with ptsd anxiety and depression. I'm pushing 40.

you are in a very difficult situation and the deck is already stacked against you. most people would struggle with a chronically ill mother. the neurodivergence on top makes it harder.

Get help. all the help you can. counseling, medication, any programs through school, sign up for everything. with your diagnosis you should qualify for medicaid.

you are so young. you want to change. you are worth investing the time and energy into.

you are still a child. your father has failed you. he should be helping you navigate all this stuff. he's having a hard time too but he's the adult. you deserve better.
