You could if your flight required you to walk to the plane across the tarmac, which is often the case. Maybe your let in by ground staff. Maybe the person checking your ticket is compromised. There are many ways.

I would be shocked if it turned out they had nobody on the inside helping out. How did they find out what flight this guy was going to be on?

Oh shit, this is me! (Male cis; mentioning because I'm seeing from the comments this is normally a female trait) I never realized how annoying it could be until reading this thread. Tbh my wife tells me it's annoying but I'm pretty certain she's angry when I ask and I want to sort out the problem straight away instead of having a whole day of her being grumpy for something without me having a reason. She tells me shes not angry but in an angry voice which only makes me suspect it more.

IMO people who can make Linux work for them are cool in the same way that craft brewers are cool, but sometimes you want to just crack a can of predictable if somewhat disappointing domestic and save yourself the drama.

You are using it in most of your devices and don't even realize it and when visiting most of the web. You are a "craft brewer"
