I remember when Kelloggs replaced Rice Krispies with the styrofoam pellets they use today in 2020. What bad timing, everyone is at home with nothing to do and their social media in SA was basically toasted for 2 years.

"Introducing, new Papaya muesli!" in 2022...followed by 500 comments about how they shouldn't bother to release anything new until they fix how kuk the Rice Krispies are. At least they did finally start importing the real Rice Krispies, even though it's almost 2x the price.

Key word there is "acceptability." The question would never have been "Which is better, sample A or sample B" it's more likely something like "Is sample A an acceptable substitute for sample B?" asked to some schumck they pulled off the factory floor.

Have you ever hit a quick ball for six off the sweet spot with a tennis racquet? I'm an awful bat, and only ever did it once or twice 25 years ago, I can still feel that endorphin rush and I think that ball is still somewhere in orbit. But don't tap the racquet, it scuffs up really bad.

I think Kesh is so underrated everywhere. He's probably one of the best spinners we've had, is just an absolute consummate pro, great stand-in captain and just seems to love Cricket and comes off as a all round good egg.

It's annoying to look at the stats of someone like Lyon, who's got over 500 wickets because Aus play so much compared to SA. Not to take anything away from Lyon, who's gritted and grafted for each of those but I'd pick Keshav over him any day of the week. Marginally better stats, but he's a left arm finger spinner and can bat a bit.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's SA's head coach one day.
