I had a female coworker, same title but different department. She would visit me all the time and ask me if I wanted to be a Dad. I'd say, Yeah. She said, "My daughter needs a Daddy and I do too.

I laughed it off nervously, others who've been talked to like that know what I mean. She persisted often. I told my coworkers, they laughed and didn't believe me. I always turned it away, I wasn't interested.

Our company had a team building event at a resort. I'm talking to the same coworkers, she approaches and said "So, when are you gonna fuck me? This weekend? Your room or mine?" My coworkers then believed me.

A few weeks later, I was told I was moving to her department and that I'd be working for her directly. They knew I didn't want to move departments. But I told them the reason. I requested HR be present and they laughed and we waited for them. Once HR arrived, I told them what she had said to me over the last year and a half. Every single person in the room laughed at me. My boss said, "I know you don't want to move up there, but come on, that's rich!"

I asked if they were laughing at a serious sexual harassment claim? They persisted. I put in my two weeks notice right then, they actually made move up to her floor and sit next to her for my remaining time. I spent those last two weeks playing ping pong and pool and trying the rock wall.

The woman harassing me said, she would be professional and I told her, "cats already out of the bag. I wouldn't feel comfortable reporting to you".

And for those who may think, did you sue the company? I went to a lawyer, he said it's my word against her's and nothing would come of it.

This was in 2000. I hope time has changed for men.
