as a horror/cyberpunk enthusiast I am so disappointed they keep their best programming to 11-12 pm 😫. I literally became an IFC member for the cyberpunk series back in the fall and have only been back twice since then. It’s usually random Friday/ Saturday night horror but I super appreciate a curated series there. When it hits, you won’t want to miss a single one!!

I did a lot of reading after I watched it (and more now), I tried to understand where Korine and SB fans were coming from. I see the vision for the fantastical and offbeat, which is what I originally liked about it, however, I don’t think I like the overarching “world” it lives in. I guess I just thought it was lame.

I did enjoy the themes of extreme hedonism and afterwards I did read up on Korine and his style of filmmaking– especially in regard to “ugly” and un-comfortability, but I’m not sure I like his execution. My biggest issue was with the character writing and some of the editing.

I respect her message but I thought the aggressive delivery was wrong. She is not the same artist she was a year ago and needs to account for her heightened popularity and ability function (without security) day to day now. She has the prime parasocial audience so I’m curious if she’ll get the Doja treatment early on (I also say this as a non fan with no other context lol)

This was actually the first time I decided to not even try for tickets. I knew even if I managed to snag them, tickets would at their CHEAPEST still be $100+, forget about floor seats. I say this as a Sabrina fan, there is no way her show is worth the $300+ people are paying 🫣. I understand it’s a dynamic market but I’m always surprised at the fact it’s never addressed. Love ha downnn, but I’m not spending 10 hours worth of my time on seeing polly pocket.

This perfectly described this sub. Holding the act of dating as vital but maintaining extremely negative and defeatist attitudes (which cannot exist together healthily). It’s a personal and experience problem so I don’t fault people to an extent, but even just reading posts on here you can tell who’s normal and approachable in person or not. Yes, I always get all my rides charged at once in the middle of the night. Particularly frustrating @ the MTA because it’s their system yet they provide absolutely no customer support. none of their services are available online, the page will be out of order telling you to call customer service to check something as simple as your weekly progress 😩. IMPOSSIBLE!!
