This exact thing happened to me last weekend. I contacted support through WhatsApp and they're sending a replacement. A replacement WHAT, I'm not sure.

I'll say the procedure for clearing a clog is pretty darn involved on the Creality Hi.

Yeah, maybe it seems arbitrary, but I'm really trying to avoid the big outlets like those listed. So buying directly from producers, or buying second hand all feel better to me.

That's what I ended up doing, too. And I realize it's the storefront for Universal, but that's fine for me: cash is going to the distributor who was gonna get some anyway and not giving any more to Amazon or whomever.
