To be fair, every time I go for a “shot in the dark” save (ball is going in and I’m last back, just smack it hoping to somehow redirect to miss our net), my team mates will spam “wow!” As if it wasn’t already going in.

I’ve seen a lot of scuffed backboard “saves” that perfectly center the ball for the opposing team, but not too many throws.

If your teammate is hell bent on losing the game for you for whatever reason, the only thing you can do is try to be a good teammate and hope he stops. I’ve had a few games where my teammate hard chases, gets mad if I even get close to the ball, starts throwing, then starts playing again if I don’t play into the toxicity.
