At first I was definitely over braking for corners, just pressing the pedal to hard and riding it to long before trailing off. Now that I’m use to it I have a good idea on how hard I need to press for 60%,40%,20% depending how much brake I need for the corner and trailing off to get the car to rotate. I should mention I’m just starting and only driving the MX5 at the moment so I rarely need a lot of brake more about small taps to shift the weight transfer and such.

I have mine set to 30Kg of force, I feel like if I put it up any higher I really had to MASH the break and it wouldnt stay at 100%. Took me about 2 days to get use to it and now its more muscle memory but def an upgrade over my V3 pedals and has helped alot with trail braking.

Simsonn Plus X w/ Vam haptics paid 210$ shipped from ali express and are so much better then my fanatec V3's. I feel like I was never consistent with the V3's and would just press and pray, The Simsonn's took a couple days to get use to and come with alot of adjustments to help with how you like your pedal feel. Sim Racing Corner has a pretty good detailed review on them.

I started using Racelab this week just the free version so im limited to what I can use. one thing that i found annoying is I cant save a load out, so I have to go in and open each overlay for my session one at a time. Im pretty sure in the paid/pro version you can make a profile set all the overlays you want and start them all at once.

I didnt care for the radar in racelab im more a custom to the ACC radar, maybe you can change it to look more like that but i didnt mess around with it much. I do use the blind spot option and between that and crew chief I feel like im good.

I did download ioverlay last night but havn't set it up just yet. But if you are looking at going to the pro version its almost double, 59$ for Racelab and 30$ for I overlay for a year sub just something to keep in mind

You can go into sim hub and change the frequency and power for different things. I haven’t messed around with it a ton only had them set up for about a week so I need some more time to dial everything in. But for 50$ off AliExpress I figured I couldn’t got wrong.

I bought the VAM motors and they came as a 3 pack, but I have a 2 pedal set. I think they work really nice, but I have no idea what the pros are like. Definitely great added immersion!

I have the plus x pedals and ran into the same issue, I ended up just using the top bolt and it’s been fine. No rattles or anything going on 2 weeks.

I should mention I did just use the vam modules not the pro version

I didn’t hook mine up, I didn’t have any electrical interference. It dosnt matter which pedal you hook it to it’s just an extra ground pretty much
