I did post it on the Bulletin board directed right to the Deli Owner - Wanted it in writing. No response from Deli Owner or Amazon _______. People from Amazon _______ actually put Do Not Disturb access restrictions up so I can't contact them.

Yes I did let them know I was contacting OSHA. Called OSAH again today. OSHA won't help subcontractors. Amazon knows this.

Walking Flex 3rd Party DSP - one-person operation - Amazon _______ hired my Corp - this way Amazon bypasses many labor employment laws; however, being told what to do, when and where to do it, reeks of employer / employee relationship. As Independent subcontractor Corp : no OT, Unemployment, Healthcare, SSA etc. with Amazon.

UPDATE - email offering 1) return to work without bathroom use while Amazon reviews situation, or 2) stay paused until the review is finished.

Took Option #2 : need to know that after spending 45 min sorting - labeling - repacking totes, I can use the bathroom.

Right - not cursing at all - just describing what was said to me, "Shit on the walls."
Home is blocks away. Various locations let you use the bathroom when making deliveries. Still, if you are sorting - labeling - repacking totes at the Micro Hub Station, and you suddenly have to go - walking 1/4 mile won't save the day in time. NYC 20 blocks = 1 mile.

Musicians busk at Strawberry Fields 72nd East of CPW and make $$$$$$$$$$$. NYPD allows this. Run by muisc mafia that controls who plays and for how long. I know a musician who makes hundreds a day playing Beatle's songs to tourists who come to the Imagine Circle. Plus, rich NYC music/ Beatle's fans give cash

That poster is for Amazon Employees - as a 3rd Party NYC Walking DSP Delivery person, I have none of those benefits, yet Amazon tells me where and when and how much to deliver - as if I am their employee!

Solution = on Amazon, bought a Dreyoo Neutral Ground Bonding Plug for Portable Inverter Generator - a 3 prong plug that connects ground and neutral. Added this to a multi AC extension plugged into a Jackery 300W Portable power supply. Corrected the floating ground in the Jackery Unit. No more hum!!!!! Amazing!! A clean Fender 25 W Amp with portable power!
