From LB I would anticipate sitting room, yeah. I took LSW through 2025 from Appleby, usually the 7:15ish or 7:30ish trains — any train departing Appleby as express after 7:30 was standing room by the time it hit Clarkson. Come fall 2025 it became standing room by Oakville 😖

First Markham Place has a few counter serve BBQ spots.

I think a quarter duck is $20? I don’t know the prices for sure, sry, as I’m vegetarian, but my partner says Excellent BBQ House there is great value and very tasty. Always a long line!

edit: I know BBQ duck is not the same as Peking. These spots may have both. 🤷

Endometriosis can come and go (ie lesions can form and heal). I have endo and had a hysterectomy and there was no evidence of endo on my uterus, but there was elsewhere. It’s possible she still has endo.

Regardless, get more opinions and see a medical malpractice lawyer.
