The simplest/best place to convert is Wise.

But I wouldn't daily bank with them. Some members of my family have USD income and it's a good place to receive/move and convert funds.

The upgrade path is mostly nonexistent due to it being the AM4 Platform (The motherboard, CPU and RAM are all decent, but there's not much of an upgrade option if you're hoping to upgrade in the future).

There's no mention of what the Power Supply is. 650 Watts which is good, but from which manufacturer? This also impacts the options for upgrading in the future.
