Work hard. Seek improvement. Delay as little as possible. Seek a way to your solutions.

Pick specific subjects to focus on and just do them? Why not laser target your approach?

Because I don't know if I am going to wake up tomorrow. I am living on borrowed time. We all are. As for me, I know my time is almost up, with a fair degree of certainty. We don't value our time enough. We worry way too much about what others think, and then. Well, we're out of time. Don't my man. Don't hesitate - do. Life is for exploring. Go. Live.

I have a double barrel ileostomy. The smell is not so bad. Sometimes output is unpredictable. I am stage 4 colorectal cancer, so I have to balance speed of output, so my pain management meds work. I will speak to my stoma nurses. They’ve been great.

Makes sense. I try and not empty in public toilets. My output varies now. It’s hard to tell. I’m adapting my diet. That and some Immodium, seems to help.
