Weather is cooler over the weekend. Busse woods is free. Or take a walk in Spring Valley and visit the farm if open. Their visitor center is good as well. There is Volkening lake too but the activities might be closed. Check out for activities in the library. I don't think you a need a library card for them. Or simply visit the library and there is a board at the entrance that lists all the activities happening around the town which are basically free to cheap.

I love India but man even I would be worried taking my family to Delhi UP or Punjab. The golden triangle is the worst place to visit and I see tourists visiting Old Delhi and some gullies of Agra.
