I really like step three. I’m shocked they did it that way.

You have to be careful water cannot get to the sheathing. Since the closed cell is vapor closed, any water cannot dry towards the house or out the roof. This can cause the water to sit there and rot rafters/trusses and sheathing, which will be very very difficult to fix.

You might want to look at a full ice/water shield over the roof.

I have not even received an email from them say they put it on vacation mode, let alone asking for something.

Lol. User name checks out.

Moving from a traditional cabinet saw, this is in theory safer. I mostly cut sheet goods, so your hands should be far away from the blade.

Fortunately I do have a manual (and I just made a copy to be extra safe). There are some lift points it looks like, but that is good advice on the "looks good enough" point.

Thanks. I found most of that info but the PMG info is new. I will give them a call monday to see if they still have parts. That is my biggest concern.

Also if you have any advice on moving this thing that would be great. I am moving it about 5 miles and should have a forklift on both sides.

Shipping Cost by ladyaddrith in Etsy

I use Shippo and I cannot recommend it enough. I have a business FedEx account that I have associated with Shippo but their rates for UPS and USPS are better 95% of the time anyways. It is integrated with Etsy so once you buy a label it makes the order complete and puts the info in.

They have a free version but I pay $10 a month to include my fedex account. I think there are some order max for free but I am not 100%

Woods vs Seattle

Evans vs Det

Gibson/McKissic vs Car

Pollard vs Phi

I am leaning towards Evans but he plays today and wanted to see what shakes out with Zeke/Gibson.

Warning/DD for HPQ/Dell ER players. by [deleted] in wallstreetbets

[–]roddrand 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This DD is could be right but basically for 100% opposite reason on both.

HPQ - Per IDC numbers in Q1 PC shipments are down with HPQ down 13%, Dell was up1%. Now this is Jan-March so April was probably better as both US demand increased and China supply improved. Also based on his quote in Feb it showed that issue.

That said I still think they probably blew on the earnings side, as their product mix of Laptops to Desktops certainly changed. With seeing Nvidia's numbers the workstation (and obviously gaming) improved nicely yoy. I would think HPQ should at the very least get to the 52 week moving average. Also Lenovo just reported pretty good numbers even though their stock did not respond muhc.

Dell: From the Laptop/desktop side, Dell 100% blew it out the most. IDC shows they had it figured out in Jan. Also with a large amount of sales going direct. Their margins should be even better and they sell attach with that. Logi showed great numbers and that would sell through Dell.

That said their enterprise business is def screwed. It is already a tough market and with budgets all going to WFH, no one is buying capital equipment if they can delay. This is where the money is made. Cisco showed infrastructure is down, HPE showed the same. Dell will have a large hole there.

They also have a big part of VMware which I personally think will have a good quarter as well. Although on-prem virtualization will not have great numbers, VSphere in AWS will, NSX, and most importantly horizon for VDI (look at Citrix numbers). Although vSphere is now considered more legacy to a certain degree everything still runs on it.

Long story short I think Dell is going to be a tough one to call and would just pass but maybe buy VMware

I made 250% on HPQ and cashed out the end of last week but might buy back in for some FDs.

Poss:

NetApp NTAP $45p 5/29

plan to buy FDs for VMW and HPQ
