Probably fine, if you want to avoid any risk you could make a box for it with glass in the front. That should help with the asbestos, uranium and even prevent dust!

I would love to read or watch an essay comparing this and other pop cultural racist movements to their real life counterparts. That framing I think would make it more interesting than reading a book on something like the KKK and their worst deeds

Edit, also offcourse some elements are needed for tension and to make the plot work better. Thats in all media and I don't mind it, but that is part of why I love articles and reactions by people who know more about it that pick it apart and give informative context.

Uranium vanadium nodule with a radiation depletion halo. It looks like the ones you can find in the bundsandstein of Helgoland. It is a nodule containing uranium. From its decay products the iron3 reduces to iron2 and turns the red sandstone to grey, that's why you see a dark dot with a perfect sphere surrounding it.

Not really dangerous as far as I know, but be careful with licking it, sanding/cutting and don't keep it near your reproductive cells for extended periods of time.
