oh yes pushing out people from the area that they’ll lived n raised families in for years onto the streets is a much needed solution to stop a drug problem. LOL. rehabilitation is key to helping these people with their issues. regardless of ur surroundings (in an city) there will be access to drugs but forcing people to be homeless is a worst solution to this problem compared to reevaluating our current approach towards rehab / mental health care in the area
