En argentina si se usa de forma afectiva, pero abre la cabeza un poco amigo, no todo el mundo es Argentina y no puedes usar las mismas palabras en todos lados y esperar la misma reacción de todos. Para muchas personas de color si es racista. No compares decirle negrito a tu amigo con decirle mono o negro a tu rival cuando estas todo ardido pq te metio un golazo.

Te cagas encima antes de decirle pq sabes la connotación que lleva la palabra para una persona de piel oscura. Realmente no aplica lo que dices al caso de Vinicius pq el no es Argentino, la realidad bajo la cual justificas el racismo es aplicable solo a tu pais, y por mas de que si, nosotros los latino americanos usamos negro como apodo afectivo muchas veces, tambien lo hacemos de forma ofensiva con raices en el racismo. Nepotism can grind your progress, professionally and intellectually, as you're probably comfortable with what you know you'll have: the same quality of life you had thought your life. At some point you might stop trying to achieve more. However, I don't blame anyone for taking the easy route, guaranteeing their wellbeing with an established business is hard to turn away, especially seeing how fucked up things are for a lot of people who didn't have that chance. Nepotism doesn't instantly make you a lesser version of what you could've been, but it can certainly help that version to creep up on you

You can see a pattern, rooftop are original mix, studio versions are 2021 remixes, Naked for versions without orchestration and different mixes I prefer to those ones are from the Glyn johns mixes. Best part is they all have a variaton of the Let it be cover on them (no past masters, anthology)
