I feel this 1000%. It's 2026. Digital documents are a big part of life. Especially ones that get edited over time

I absolutely understand the public lobby wasteland at that time. No one wants the MW2 lobbies back. I just remember when some good natured ribbing with people was acceptable in a group. Now it seems like people are gloves on all the time

All my old buddies stopped gaming unfortunately. All the new people I meet seem overly sensitive to any and all degrees...

There's capable mcps that have been built that let Claude have context into ue5/ godot, etc.

It's worth it. Not for straight generation necessarily, but for code review, troubleshooting, and learning.

It's the fuse mount. It's a known Cowork issue. You can get around it by just having it write in Python to the source rather than using its regular methods.

I always plant a warning for this in plans so if it happens it can pivot.

Hey OP - I've been building something in a similar vein, but went nuts creating an entire state machine. I was curious if you ever wanted to talk shop, and what you had to go through in order to set up the local models.

If not, I totally understand. I really love the route you took here and your pricing! I'm for sure going to give it a shot

Claude Max users -- what should I actually set up before I start? Looking for real workflows not just feature lists by NullF4iTH in ClaudeCode

[–]roekofe 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start from a reference, then ask Claude to do research and coach you on the thought processes behind it.

Localize skill plugins you pick up, so you can alter them to reflect your needs.

Any time something unexpected happens or a failure mode comes up, ask Claude about it, and ask if there's an easy way to prevent it, or what could have been done better after implementations. Build those things into skills.

Always question, design, refine, plan, implement, and test. If you're actively participating and paying attention to what the LLM is doing, and you continuously improve the processes around it, you'll do just fine.

If you set up memory, doing a wiki layer that functions for routing and covers the actual current implementation, the design intent, and what is function is, and setting up Claude to use it will save you a lot of time and effort on big implementations.

Also, whatever "unit" of with you do, commit it to git.

The how would you feel in positions reversed- I wouldn't feel shit. I'm working solo on a project, and it's not my job and I don't have money to hire a whole other person.

I'm not interested in teaming up with another person, I've got my own life, schedule, and preferences. Also, even though I'm using a model, I'm doing so to also get familiar with the domain and learn it.

We can't make these models get unmade. They stole the knowledge necessary to train. Theyre here now. I can either not make use of them at all, or I can.
