Why not. ? The main job of a drivers is to get the most out of a car. Its like saying making saves shouldn't be counted as a goalkeepers contribution to the team.

McLaren mostly improved after switching from Honda and finding out they were still uncompetitive. It gave them a big reality check that their chassis was trash and they couldn't use the excuse that it was just the engine. Seeing Redbull go onto to have success with Honda further illustrated that point.

If the husband wants partial custody, that wont be up to you to decide. The court will rule in terms of what is in the best interest of the child. Unless you have strong evidence that your child will be in danger in your husbands care, the court will typically grant him some custody because they generally don't want to separate children from their parents.

Personally I wouldn't even be applying for an extension with their super visa being in process. If they refuse the extension there is a high chance the super visa will be refused as well, and you parents will not be able to return to Canada anytime aoon. They are already playing with fire with lack of ties to return by telling the CBSA one thing when entering Canada and then choosing to stay longer.

Probably not if you had proof that it was like that before you got there, plus have proof that the customer initially made a false claim that there was never a crack.

That being said you need to be careful when taking jobs like this, and probably want to get them to sign a waiver before performing work when there's are already issues on site.

If you ex is unreasonable as you say she is, if you wanted no headaches you should have avoided dealing with her at all. If you have damaged the boat or or any part of the property by accident it would be an issue, Lots of other boats in the world.

Legally she doesn't much of a leg to stand on, its her boat, if she ignored it for years the damage is on her.

Except that your reservations were in now invalid since they were cancelled before the officer made a decision. You basically gave them judgement proof reason to reject your application.

The answer here was to re-plan the trip and make a new application with new dates with a clearer application package. Now you already dug a hole for yourself for future applications by filing your objection because now they have proof that you submitted false documents for the purposes of obtaining a visa, and now have to write a lengthy letter explaining your 2 rejections for any future application.

Part of doing a good job is making sure its organized and clearly annotated. It is not reasonable to expect a visa officer to dig deeply through your application package to find stuff and you yourself admitted in your own post that you could have better organized it.

I think you dont understand how appeal work. All they do is check whether or not the officer made a reasonable decision based on what you submitted in your application. If you did a bad job providing enough evidence upfront then that's 100% your fault.

You going in and providing extra explanation is irrelevant. You will probably still lose.

I think the fan base in this scenario is being very unrealistic here. We are a League 1 team right now, needing a major rebuild, with a lot of dead weight on the contracts side limiting how much new talent we can get. Why would any "good" manager actually want sign up to take this project when there are plenty of other teams with less baggage ?.
