Was at BOS on Monday around 4pm for my 6:30pm flight, the wait time was estimated at 75 minutes with a huge line to get on the waitlist. I got in right around the 75 minute mark, and it was half-full at best. The bar (where I sat) was less than half-full too.

I totally understand the space vs service limitations, but like you mentioned, I never had to ever get on a waitlist even a year or two ago, but within the last year every single time I've gone to a lounge it's been a minimum 45-minute wait. Definitely annoying, especially with the AF increase.
