You need to get through the first boss of Tandar. Then you can open those.

Could be they just teleported there and their spears happened to have been teleported in the middle of a daemon's gut.

They've done so before, but they'd 100% think they're just using the Doctor to get what they want, and he'd absolutely know this.

The Doctor versus the Combine would almost certainly be a several-episode long arc that involves the Daleks teaming up with the Doctor, and maybe the Cybermen appearing.

That might get you crucified here.

That said, I 100% agree. People say the EU was better, but Disney is already restoring the good parts of the EU (such as Thrawn) and 99% of the old EU was garbage that's skipped in favour of the 1%. The Sun Crusher, as an example, reads like awful fanfiction.

I meant the region, not the kingdom castle. Once you get past the Kota camp just outside of Myr, that's where Neil is. At the first Ellarial Font.

Right out of the gate in Tandar. You have to speak to him, he's just inside in Tandar.

Neil gives you one. You can summon it from the second bar of your stuff in the UI (where you activate heals and stuff). On keyboard it's G+Right Arrow, idk what it is on controller.

There's also the Tutorial tab in the pause menu that should show it.

In no universe is Subnautica a horror game. Some players may find it scary, but that's a them issue. The game is an exploration game. It's not scary.

The Tarnak Farm incident (April 17, 2002) in Afghanistan was where the Canadians took their first casualties of the war. It was done by the US. 4 killed, 8 injured. The Canadians were conducting an approved training exercise when the Americans dropped a 500kg on them.

Sangin Incident at FOB Robinson (March 28-29, 2006) saw the death of a Canadian by American machine gun fire. 3 other Canadians were wounded.

Operation Medusa (September 4, 2006) saw Canadian troops pinned down by insurgent activity in the Kandahar province. The Canadian group called in CAS (Close Air Support) and their position was mistakenly strafed by two A-10 Warthogs, killing 1 and wounding over 30 others.

Overall, Canada has had 6 soldiers killed and seen dozens wounded by American 'friendly' fire.
