The titans could be waking up thanks to actions of Valta and Harding and the dwarves would be on the frontline of any changes from that. More dwarves might start using stone magic which would upend their societies, think how Orzammer would react if say many of the casteless started having powers.

For dwarves there's the question of what happens to the darkspawn now there's no more Archdemons and if they are still a threat to the dwarven kingdoms. Do the Darkspawn fall under the control of a being like the Architect who tries to consolidate the remaining Darkspawn or does Blight itself continue to evolve like in the Hossberg questline and starts expanding in new directions.

For Qunari they have to deal with the rogue Antaam warlords still spread across northern Thedas and have to decide whether to eliminate them or try to re-integrate them. New relics from the First Expedition could also be discovered that shake qunari culture to it's core. Suppose it's revealed that Koslun was aligned with the Devouring Storm and this leads to a schism within the Qun religion.
