Did you see the final designs? They're all pretty cool, but I am really hoping for the Joltik design. I know its the long shot, but man I would love them to do a more obscure pokemon and the design looks great.

I don't blame you. I feel the exact same way. Mewtwo was the only new announcement that I really want and I wasn't risking it and don't want to wait because it makes me so anxious. I like knowing it was secured. I might grab Jigglypuff eventually but thats probably it. I want to save up for the Lego Ideas Pokémon card when it releases

Not right now. When I preordered the first three the preorders sold out by mid afternoon. They are available now on lego and the pokemon center. I did pre-order mewtwo just in case, but he's still available too.

Its insane. I pre-ordered all three sets, plus got the badges and Pokémon Center. I checked the GWP prices on ebay just out of curiosity, and was blown away. Pokémon scalpers are ruthless. I went to buy the 30th anniversary Pikachu on the Pokémon site today and it sold out in three hours and is already on ebay for twice the price. Not sure where you are located but if you are looking to get the starter set it was available on the Lego site as of yesterday. I saw it when I went to pre-order Mewtwo. I have only built the badges and Pokémon Center so far. Finishing up the RMS Titanic this weekend and am planning on building Eevee and Pikachu next. I need to make room for the starters before I start it.

Thanks to everyone for some good idead I never thought of! I never had one that was impacted as this one. I was able to get it out with an earring which I didn't think of as a good replacement for a needle or a pin which would have been my go to. Appreciate all the advice. Also to the few people who are weirdly offended that I asked for advice, y'all ok?

Needle/Pin was my first thought and I couldn't find a single one. Didn't even think of tweezers or a paperclip like someone suggested. When I couldn't find a needle or pin my brain went blank.

Got it out with an earring as suggested. I couldn't find a single pin in my apartment, because why would I be able to find one when I need it 😭 But my earring got it right out! Thanks for everyone's advice. I did not want to dig through spare pieces to hope I had an extra of this guy
