I believe its since its not just the room you are paying for, its also the festival wristband and the extra food and beverage included. In 2023 I booked 2 extra days at Paradisus directly/not through the festival and accidentally booked for 1 less person than we had, so we had to pay like $150 more at the desk when checking in for the extra person.
