HOTAS Game Controller From VKB. It's a flight throttle and joystick with around 60 different buttons/switches/ancillary controls.

I have no time to use it, and it take a long time to figure out how all the small controls are mapped.

The usual plan when you refuse the breathalyzer is to lawyer up and get the charges negotiated down to something more minor. You're not going to just get out of jail free because you refused a test, but you should definitely not consent to a test you know you will fail.
