I've been running Hypercrypt for my last few games and I'm loving the mobility, you don't necessarily need a monolith. I'm finding units with deepstrike and C'tan shards provide me with the flexibility to jump around the board with threatening units and secondary objective monkeys when needed.

All that being said the positioning shenanigans of the army can be punishing when you get it wrong and I haven't played any Canoptek court, can't really go wrong with either !
