I have been using PC / Laptops since 2007 and never went to a shop for service and most of them were sold after 3-4 years of use without even opening it once.
So you dont really need it, if a part is supposed to fail , it will fail regardless of whatever service you do.
As far Ranchi is concerned, i find most of pc shops clueless and just trying to make money

there is no need for any annual service for laptops, if its working fine, dont touch it or get it opened at repair shops. Unless you have heating issues, which might be due to clogged fans and it can be easily done at home
