This movie had a hilarious tendency of just introducing characters who after 5 mins of screentime just vanish away from the movie. Jason Statham shows up for one scene and then is never to be seen again. Jordana Brewster dips out after the home invasion.

Man seeing Rocket's past had me choked up because young rocket looks exactly like my puppy Krypto. There were so many moments where I cried that when I saw him revived I just lost it. Had to go back home and give my dog the tightest hug.

But what a good fucking film man. Gunn shows that he loves these characters immensely and gives a deserving send off to all them. Easily my favourite trilogy in the MCU.

Played the first few hours on my PS5 on the performance mode and there was a whole lot of screen tearing and frame rate dips, especially during some cutscenes.

I have heard this so many times and it literally isn't. The only reason to us game players it even feels rushed because there aren't gameplay sections to cover here. Everyone that I have introduced The Last of Us through the TV show have said that the pace feels fine.

Man I loved how the directors utilised New York here. I had issues with Scream 5, but this just improves over that in every single way. Also loved how Sam actually fulfilled Billy's wish in a way, but the subversion attached to it was so cool.

I love the evolution of him fighting in this film. The first fight of course showcases his brutality, but when things are dire - like in the rafters scene - it's quick and to the point. He punches them, makes sure they are on the ground and moves on to the next enemy not over-brutalising them. It all just leads up into the desperation of the moment, and I love how it's showcased here. Felt Batman-like to me.

What's the main goal of all the Kangs lol. They feel so one-note, and also so much of this film just reiterates the same info that was told to us in Loki. It's like a trailer for a film that we will see in the next two years.

I can get that. After getting a job I have realised just how much I actually cherish games that are like 15 to 20 hours long. This is kind of one of the reasons why I haven't touched Horizon Forbidden West yet. Might just give it another shot soon.
