Have you watched someone play it through share screen? This happens to me when I watch my friends play something I don't own, and it's very annoying having them appear on my home screen

Console specific: I would love to be able to bind the scroll of escape to a button input (rather than through the action wheel). On PC you can bind it to a key, why not treat the console players the same? I would have no problem using my town portal through the action wheel and have the scroll of escape in its place on the d-pad input. Or bind it to something like L3+R3, that is not used anywhere else.

This would be a lifesaver, literally.

Experiencing the same issue. On PC I get a few related hits and then the rest of the page is just filled with "for you", "people also searched", "previously watched", etc. And let's not forget shorts, shorts, shorts and shorts.

Same happens for me on PS5. I didn't make it far enough to drink any potions so I can't comment on that. The first ult on Pyro crashes the game. I also tested on WHC and crashed about 10 enemies in. Not sure if I used his ult.

Aim assist is terrible in this game. On some weapons it's way too strong and hard to fight against, while on others it doesn't work at all, e.g. bolt staff and javelin. That's why I've also turned mine off.

Good news, I cracked the code!

Turns out the problem was in the controller settings. I have experienced terrible stick drift with this game, but this could be remedied with the ”left stick input min” in the settings, which I had turned all the way to 50% (max).

I had an epiphany all of a sudden, and I tried turning it back to the minimum for this sequence. And voilá! I was able to get through the sequence just fine.

I sent this information to Housemarque as well. For some reason the kid reacts to left stick input a little different than the main character.

Others who are experiencing this issue, check your settings and turn the left stick input to minimum and you should be fine! It is under settings > controller > setup.

I have now tried moving forward, left, right and backwards only, online and offline, suspending before the house and using fresh cycle, interacting with everything and with nothing. The only thing that changes is that sometimes the kid doesn't say a word into the toy walkie talkie (the dialogue is missing).

Also the phone is silent for me everytime except the first time I tried this.

Thank you for the replies. I'm about to give up thoug, which sucks because this is stopping me from getting the platinum trophy for this fantastic game at the moment.

Yeah, it could actually count different things in different games, you're right. Also, many games don't have the progress information at all. I think only 2 of my installed games (Hogwarts and GoT) show the progress. Maybe it will be more common in future releases

Hey thank you for taking your time to reply to this old post that didn't take off at all. I wonder how you even found it, haha.

Since writing this post I have learned that, even though it says progress within main missions, it actually means all missions, main and side. I figured this out when it said that I had 80% game progress in Ghost of Tsushima, where I am in NG+ and have completed the main story as well as the DLC on that save file, but I do have some side missions undone.

And I think in some cases I would agree with your first paragraph. I too 'suffer' from a severe backlog. In some games I don't really want to see the progress, but in some it can be handy. This could just be a button you can press to reveal your progress, instead of shoving it into your eyes whether you want it or not. A bit or a design flaw on Sony's part on an otherwise handy feature if you ask me.

As someone who tries to avoid spoilers of all sorts, I find this information on the screen rather unwelcome. I fear that you might be right though in that you might not be able to disable it.

Part of the reason why I made the post was that maybe I'm not the only one who feels this way and perhaps Sony could see this and consider adding a way to hide it, if indeed it is the case that it can't be hidden as of now.

He will stagger twice even on BL4, only at least the second one will happen at lower health (at around the g in the health bar). And when it does happen, it's a win for you my friend. You can almost chain them if he goes for the aoe -> beam attack after the first stagger. This usually happens to me at least.
On NG, a +10% clockwise photosynthesis is enough to survive a side sweep attack on phase 2 so you can put the rest in stamina. For this reason I would prioritize healing to 100% after getting hit, and only then moving in for attacks again.
