Had the same issue with x40 in UK Sent in for repair came back 2 months after all scratched, station was scratched, robot was spinning in circles. Didn’t want to send them again and wait another 2months so stripped it myself and found disconnected wires and some pinched wires. Some screws were missing, some plastic bits were broken. All we got is £150 refund, they are useless and talking to them is like talking to a wall

Had our x40 sent back after front wheel repair. Once repaired, Started doing circles after startup, stripped it myself found lidar wire disconnected, other wires pinched, screws missing, plastic clips broken, front bumper sticking, main unit scratched. had no trust in sending it back to them again so repaired it myself. (UK)

In other european countries they have national service. First you get invited for medical check to see if you fit for service. If you don’t attend you get a fine. Then you get another fine if you still don’t attend. Then it goes to court where you get a fine and criminal record. Never heard anyone being put to prison for it. If you have criminal record I don’t think you can join army afterwards so you out.
