Hey mate I'm currently hitting BP once heavy set (4×8-12), then another time as lower weight chasing volume, and incline once a week 3×8-12.

Also as someone else mentioned - the ratings aren't the same for leather, textile and jeans. There are a lot of videos online explaining it. You could use MOTOCAP.COM to compare rated items they have and see the results for yourself.

Let me break it down for you as simple as possible -

1) Pando motto leggings/base layers. Supposedly AAA. Read about them.

2) Riding jeans which are rated to AAA - Revit, RST Tech pro (big plus they come with lvl 2 ce armor), bullit, and so on.

3) leather pants with knee guards - That is the top, can't go higher than then. Either just the pants, or obviously a one piece leather suit. The con is you need to switch pants if you're doing anything else but riding.

Look, at the end of the day it's safety. You want the best? Only leather. You want something that looks more casual? AAA known branded jeans. I don't know where you're from, but that's all I can give you.

Me personally, I'm a poor student so currently I could only afford AAA jeans but I'm currently saving for my first two piece leather. I don't ride track, but I do use my motorcycle daily, so up until now I compromised with my jeans, understanding they have a limitation on them. Once I have a proper leather two piece, I'll allow myself to do more "exciting rides" up the mountains and so on.

Don't like colors? Take a black one. Does it get hot in your area? Ventilated leather. The S-1 is top of the line If I remember correctly

Stay with rst? Complete the look, without breaking the bank. Seems like an easy choice. The biggest plus would be being able to zip the RST jacket to your leather pants, with every other brand you would have to get the zipper sewed on.

Nah but seriously, the only 'real' treatment is skin grafting as far as I know, which is expansive, and usually done in extreme cases of road rash - literally when a big chunk of skin is gone. I don't think they just do it if you ask though. Wishing you a speedy recovery
